1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all product details, sizes, and photos carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Warranty

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shopconceptsanddesigns@gmail.com, including photos and your order number.

Verified cases will be eligible for a refund only (no replacement).
The warranty covers manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of receipt. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental spills, exposure to elements, or any form of alteration or modification.

3. Final Sale Items

All items purchased through promotions, discounts, or special campaigns are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, unless proven defective.

4. Condition & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that parcels are securely packed and must be ready to provide clear photos or videos of the item when making a claim for a defective or incorrect product during the refund process.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the customer’s preferred refund method within 7 business days after inspection and verification.
