Orders & Payments

Q: How can I place an order?

Simply choose your item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

Once your order is placed successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. If you did not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Support Team so we can verify your order.

Q: My payment was declined. What should I do?

Please try placing the order again and make sure your card details, CVV, and OTP are entered correctly. You may also try another payment method.

If the issue continues, your bank or payment provider may be blocking the transaction. Kindly contact them directly for assistance.

Q: Why do I see double charges on my bank statement?

In some cases, banks may show a temporary authorization while verifying your payment. This is usually released automatically and should not result in an extra charge.

If the amount is still reflected after a few business days, please contact your bank for confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where does Concepts & Designs ship to?

We currently ship within the Philippines. Shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Manila: 2 to 3 business days
  • Provincial areas: 5 to 7 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send your tracking details so you can monitor your package.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link through email or SMS. You may also log in to your C&D account to check your order status at any time.

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help update your shipping details.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We currently accept exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

To keep every order fair and properly handled, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size choice, wrong color choice, or personal preference.

Q: What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once reviewed, we’ll help you with the proper resolution as quickly as possible.

Product & Care

Q: How can I take care of my bag?

Store your bag in a cool, dry place and keep it inside its dust bag when not in use. Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, oils, alcohol, and rough surfaces to help maintain its shape, color, and finish.

Q: Are your products made from genuine leather?

Our pieces are made with premium vegan leather and selected mixed materials designed for everyday durability, comfort, and style.

C&D does not use animal leather.
