1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, sizes, and photos carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Warranty

In the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shopconceptsanddesigns@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Verified cases will be eligible for a refund but not replacement.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 14 days from the date of receipt. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental spills, exposure to elements, or any form of modification.

3. Final Sale Items

All items purchased through promotions, discounts, or special campaigns are final sale and not eligible for refund unless proven defective.

4. Condition & Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring the parcel is securely packed and ready to provide pictures or videos of the product when necessary for claims of defective or incorrect item during the refund process.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the customer's preferred refund method within 7 business days after inspection/verification.
