We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly.

What We Accept
Returns or exchanges are accepted if:
-The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
-You contact us within 3 days of receiving it
-The item is unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging
What Can’t Be Returned
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
-Change of mind (e.g., wrong color or style preference)
-Used items or items without original packaging and tags
-Sale or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
How to Request a Return
Email us at shopconceptsanddesigns@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief reason for the return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue either:
A replacement, or
A store credit
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 1–2 business days for the refund to reflect once processed.
