1. Orders & Payments

Simply add your selected items to cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and tracking details once shipped.

If your payment was declined, please place a new order. We’re unable to reinstate an order once a transaction fails.

Confirm that your card details, CVV, and OTP are entered correctly. If the issue continues, contact your issuing bank or try a different payment method.

Duplicate charges usually appear as temporary authorizations made by your bank to verify the transaction. These are automatically released and should not result in additional charges. If they remain after a few business days, please contact your bank directly.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the Philippines. You may check availability at checkout before confirming your order.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location.

  • Metro Manila: 2-3 business days
  • Provincial: 5–7 business days

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email or SMS. You can also log into your C&D account to view your order status anytime.

Please contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to assist, once an order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

3. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll review your case and provide a resolution.

4. Product & Care

Store your bag in a cool, dry place and keep it inside the dust bag when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture, or oils to maintain its quality and finish.

C&D pieces are made using premium vegan leather and selected mixed materials crafted for durability and aesthetic longevity, reflecting our commitment to mindful luxury. No to Animal Cruelty!

Each piece is photographed under natural lighting and carefully color-matched. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, or handcrafted details.
